As the official sponsor of the Berlinale Talents programme, Canon supports rising filmmaking talents globally.
We developed a campaign entitled “Space to Play” as a dynamic, playful and cost-effective way to activate across social media. To increase reach and engagement we created three short films of a renowned parkour group to inspire our consumers and support markets to drive engagement. Vloggers helped us to amplify the content and our incredible filmmakers uploaded their own short-films to #SpacetoPlay for a chance to win a VIP experience at the Berlinale Festival. The winners and runners up were rewarded when their films were released on facebook. Space to Play was also activated onsite allowing filmmakers to engage with Canon experts and the latest products.
