In April 2014, we were asked to help come up with a way to integrate one of DHL’s newest properties (Cirque du Soleil®) in to their global HR strategy, to support the award winning CIS employee training and development programme, and as a content theme for the global staff appreciation weeks.
The result was a series of short films shot behind the scenes at the Cirque du Soleil show KOOZA™, with characters who reinforced the 4 DHL behaviours of Passion, Speed, Can Do and Right First Time, as well as a fun team building competition to design a DHL Cirque du Soleil® character.
With over 180 submissions from 60+ countries, participation exceeded expectations, with the winning team from Ukraine enjoying a trip to Montreal to see their winning design brought to life. The character – Victoriana – performed for the first time in 2015 at the 5 regional Employee of the Year events.
