Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport has an ambitious food and beverage strategy. AutoGrill, therefore, launched a new restaurant concept – The Gorgeous Kitchen.
We were challenged with the task of building loyalty amongst the frequent flyer community, raising awareness of the restaurant and building the essential communications platforms to inform and inspire flyers.
We developed a campaign to celebrate the luxury positioning of TGK – ‘Celebrate a Dream Start’. This was then the inspiration for the development of a suite of new communications tools a brand new website, social media platfroms and other comms tools. We then extended the reach through an influencer strategy and loyalty programme.
