For the 2016/2017 Formula E season, DHL was one of the first brands in the world, to use Microsoft Hololens to create an interactive and scalable innovation showcase. The focus for activation centred on bringing-to-life some of the solutions developed by the DHL Innovation Centre in Germany, through a state-of-the-art technology showcase. Using this technology, DHL was able to successfully engage customers, media, fans and internal audiences. The technology has also been adopted internally, as an innovative B2B showcase at trade conferences and other B2B/Internal meetings.
